Tenjumps grew out of a pattern its founders observed across decades of enterprise technology work: enormous volumes of data, with most of it inaccessible to the people who needed it most. Together with our clients, we unlock that data and create intelligent enterprises.
Chairman Arvind Kapur spent his career building and scaling technology companies, founding four firms and leading each to a successful exit after beginning at McKinsey and Schlumberger. President and CEO Iqbal Sait brought 25 years of global technology leadership across financial services, operations, and large-scale digital transformation, including executive roles at Apexon, a Goldman Sachs portfolio company. What they built together reflects a shared conviction: that the right team, working on the right platform, with the right delivery structure, can give an entire organization access to the intelligence it already owns. Tenjumps operates as a Databricks-native consultancy with certified engineers organized into purpose-built pods.
