Privacy policy
Last updated: 25 May, 2026
These terms govern your use of tenjumps.com (the "website"). By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
These terms apply to the website only. Any services we provide to clients are covered by a separate agreement between 10Jumps Inc. and the client, and nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer to provide services.
Who we are
10Jumps incorporated in Illinois with its registered office at 401 N Michigan Ave #1200, Chicago, IL 60611.
For any question about this policy or about how we handle your personal data, contact us at legal@tenjumps.com.
What personal data we collect
We collect personal data in three ways:
Information you give us directly. When you fill in a form on our website, download a gated resource, subscribe to our newsletter, or contact us, we collect the information you provide. This typically includes your name, work email address, company name, job title, country, and any message content you share.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we automatically collect limited technical data including your IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and interactions with our content. This data is collected through cookies and similar technologies. See our cookie policy for details.
Information from third parties. If you interact with 10Jumps content on third-party platforms such as LinkedIn, we may receive limited information from those platforms in line with your privacy settings on them.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data (such as health, biometric, or financial information) through our website, and we ask that you do not submit such information through our forms.
Why we use your personal data and our legal basis
Where we rely on legitimate interests, we have assessed that our interests do not override your rights and freedoms. You can object to this processing at any time.
Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
Who we share your personal data with
We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We use a small number of trusted service providers (data processors) to help us operate our website and run our business. Each processor acts on our instructions and under a contract that requires them to protect your data:
HubSpot, Inc. (United States) hosts our website forms and CRM, and sends our marketing emails.
Google LLC (United States) provides Google Analytics for website performance measurement.
Framer B.V. (Netherlands) hosts our website.
We may also share personal data with our professional advisers, auditors, and regulators where necessary, or where we are required to do so by law.
International data transfers
10Jumps is based in Illinois. Some of our service providers are based in the United States or elsewhere. When we transfer your personal data outside your home country, we rely on the following safeguards:
For transfers from the UK and EU to the United States, our US-based processors (HubSpot and Google) are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the UK Extension to that Framework.
Where the Data Privacy Framework does not apply, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) as appropriate.
For users in India, data processed by 10Jumps is handled in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.
How long we keep your personal data
We keep your personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes set out in this policy:
Enquiry and contact data: up to 24 months after last contact.
Marketing contact data: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and then for a short audit period.
Website analytics data: up to 14 months.
Records we are legally required to keep: for the period required by applicable law.
When we no longer need your personal data, we delete or anonymise it securely.
How we protect your personal data
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, including access controls, encryption in transit, secure hosting, and staff training. No system is completely secure, so we also have procedures to detect and respond to any suspected data breach, and we will notify you and relevant regulators where required by law.
